I'm Constanza. I was born in Santiago and studied at Colegio Lorenzo Sazié -a Catholic school- all my high school. Then in 2017 I entered Universidad de Chile. Now I’m in my second year studying Forestry, this career lasts 5 years. So I like so much the nature and all that can be related, like find new places to explore or simply admire the environment. Other stuff that I like is read books about love or psychological crimes; also I dedicate time to watch old horror movies, like Rosemary’s Baby, The Shining and more. Besides I like listen to music on my way to the University, my favorite singer is The Weeknd and my favorite band is Coldplay and my guilty pleasure is eat a lot of chocolate. xo

Hey! When I was little I love so much the animals, I remember that I used to talk every single day about wild animals and where they live. So I supposed in that time my dream job was be a Veterinarian. I was not far about what I’m studying now. I’ve always enjoyed learning about the nature, what surround us; so in the high school I looked for a career that don’t had to job in an office for the rest of my life and obligatory the career have to include the nature because in the future I see myself in a middle of the forest studying it, and that’s how I found Forestry, it was love at first sight! I’ve always wanted entered at Universidad de Chile, I don’t know why, but I supposed was the quality that everybody talks, and now I feel that made the right decision. My family is proud and I’m really happy that I fulfilled another of my dreams. xo

Well let’s see. The climate change is happening now all over the world and its very funny the people that just don’t care about the vital signs of the earth. I mean, we live in this planet and we see economic, politics, social and even scientific problems about the climate change. Even we don’t have to think about the future of the global warming, because we are in the future and we see the impact of the changes in our ecosystem. We see catastrophes, we see that people don’t have water, we see fluctuations in temperature or precipitation, we see the rare animal migration and we see more. I think that the first step to fight the climate change is learn about the problem and realize that it does happening, and I believe that the responsibility is on the scientists for inform correctly to the ordinary people.
